Yeah, my experience doesn’t match these glowing reviews. I’ll preface my commentary that I picked up my truck and didn’t inspect anything when I did; placing trust in the job being done. I was wrong. I effectively paid more than 400 dollars for my dash to get wiped down and my seats and carpets to get shampooed. Through regular use over the last three weeks, I’ve realized they didn’t do much else. They didn’t even touch the inside of my center console, which I emptied specifically in preparation for the detail. Then across my interior trim around the floor, I could clearly tell they didn’t even wipe it down. These are areas that clearly should have been addressed automatically. If you want to get your carpets and seats shampooed and vacuumed, go for it, but it’s an incredibly steep price for a detail job that isn’t really a detail.

I can’t recommend Gibby’s Auto Spa enough! John and his two team members did an incredible job on my 2010 Honda Accord. When I picked it up, it was unbelievably clean—honestly, it looks brand new aside from the warped headliner on the interior ceiling, which obviously isn’t something detailing can fix. John was genuine, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. They even left a few small gifts in my cupholder, it’s the little gesture that shows they truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto detailing shop that delivers amazing results, I highly recommend Gibby’s. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)

I knew the minute I drove up that I was in great hands with John. He was very warm and knowledgeable and I knew immediately that he appreciated my business. My Honda is 16 years old and although it hasn't chauffeured around pets and kids, it has been parked on the street and the pollen was everywhere!  I seriously cannot believe how it looks now - night and day.  Scrapes and marks I just "lived with" are now gone.  Wish I'd done it sooner - worth EVERY penny. Not only does John and his crew know what they are doing...the communication and customer service are top notch.  No wonder they have an A+ rating from BBB and so many 5-star reviews! Definitely earned. I HIGHLY recommend Gibby's!

Back in November/December, my car had a slight leak from the sun roof that mainly effected the driver side of the car. I got the leak taken care of, cleaned what I could of my car but there was a lingering mildew smell that I just couldn’t get rid of. (Because it was cold and rainy for a long stretch of time, I wasn’t able to really air my car out or get it fully dry.) I looked around online of places that did mold removal for a reasonable price and thats how I found Gibby’s. Any reviews that I read that specifically talked about mold removal had nothing but raving/5 star reviews. Some people also showed before and after pics and vids that really showed what a great job they do. I put a request in and they got back to me very fast. They told me how much it would be and honestly, it was better then what I has expected! They talked me through the process, told me about how long it would take, and when I came back to pick-up my car, they offered to answer any questions that I had. I really appreciate that they were upfront with me when it came down to payment too. Highly recommend that you pay with cash. John, the owner of Gibby’s Auto Spa was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was able to schedule my car for next day service for a much lower price than another auto detailer. I only left the car (my 11 year-old Camry with light colored stained seats and carpets) there for 4 hours and I couldn’t believe how clean and spot free my car was, I felt like I had a new car! I was very happy with the work done!
